    When calls come into your assigned number, your script and operator instructions are displayed on the operator's screen in the easy-to-read software.

  • 5. How does your all-inclusive billing work?

    Our price plans have a base monthly fee and a certain number of included live operator minutes.

  • 6. Is there an extra charge for patching?

    No, Unique Uptown Media does not charge extra for phone patching. We do not nickel and dime our clients.
